  • 60 minute session - $250
    90 minute session - $325

  • The length of couples therapy varies depending on the goals of the couple, the severity of the challenges being addressed, the level of commitment to the process, and how long unhealthy patterns have been present within the relationship. Some couples seek short-term support focused on improving communication or navigating a specific issue, while others engage in longer-term work to address deeper relational patterns, attachment wounds, trust concerns, or long-standing conflict.

    Couples therapy is not about “quick fixes,” but about creating meaningful and sustainable change. Many couples begin noticing shifts in communication, emotional awareness, and connection within the first several sessions, especially when both partners are actively engaged both inside and outside of therapy.

  • I offer virtual therapy sessions for clients throughout California and in-person therapy in Northeast Los Angeles.

  • The first session is an opportunity to better understand your concerns, relationship dynamics, goals, and what is bringing you to therapy. We will explore patterns, challenges, and areas you would like support with while discussing how therapy can help move you toward meaningful change.

  • Therapy can be beneficial for anyone feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling in relationships, navigating life transitions, experiencing anxiety or self-doubt, or wanting greater self-awareness and personal growth. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
